Quiky Community Guidelines

Quiky is built to be a safe, respectful, and creative community for meaningful connection. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on Quiky. By using Quiky, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

These Guidelines apply to all content and behavior on Quiky, including profiles, posts, comments, messages, media uploads, groups, and any other interaction on the platform.

1. Core Principles

Quiky’s community is founded on four core principles:

Respect: Treat others with dignity. Disagreement is allowed; harassment is not.
Safety: No content or behavior that puts others at risk.
Integrity: Be honest; do not mislead, exploit, or manipulate other users.
Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, our Terms and Conditions, and these Guidelines.

2. Zero‑Tolerance for Sexual Content

Quiky does not allow any sexual content or sexual behavior on the platform. This is stricter than many other networks and is enforced to protect users and comply with legal and publisher (AdSense) standards.

Prohibited sexual content includes, but is not limited to:

Nude or sexually explicit images, videos, or illustrations (including AI‑generated or animated).
Content focusing on sexual body parts or fetish content.
Sexually suggestive or pornographic language, fantasies, or role‑play.
Sexual solicitation or offers of sexual services, “compensated dating,” or any romantic/sexual arrangement in exchange for money, gifts, or benefits.
Any sexual content involving minors, implied or actual (this will be reported to law enforcement).

Enforcement:

When we detect sexual content, we may remove the content and immediately hold, suspend, or permanently terminate the account, without prior warning.
Repeated or severe violations (e.g., involving minors, commercial sexual content) will result in permanent bans and may be reported to relevant authorities.

If your primary goal is explicit sexual content or hookups, Quiky is not the right platform.

3. Respectful Behavior and Anti‑Harassment

You must not use Quiky to attack, abuse, or intimidate others. The following are prohibited:

Insults, slurs, or name‑calling targeted at individuals or groups.
Harassment, bullying, repeated unwanted contact, or “dog‑piling.”
Doxxing (sharing private information such as home address, phone number, or private messages).
Encouraging others to harass or target a user (“brigading”).

We may limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts that engage in harassment, even if no single post appears severe on its own but there is a clear pattern of abusive behavior.

4. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Quiky does not tolerate hate speech. You may not attack, threaten, or demean people based on protected characteristics, including:

Race, ethnicity, or national origin
Religion or belief
Gender or gender identity
Sexual orientation
Disability or serious disease
Age or immigration status

Prohibited content includes:

Slurs or derogatory terms targeting protected groups.
Content that describes a protected group as less than human, inferior, or dangerous.
Support for organizations or individuals that promote hate or violence against protected groups.

Content that discusses these topics in a neutral or educational way may be allowed, but direct attacks or promotion of hatred are not.

5. Violence, Threats, and Self‑Harm

To keep Quiky safe, the following are not allowed:

Threats of violence against any person or group.
Celebration or encouragement of physical harm, assault, or death.
Graphic violence, gore, or images shared to shock or disturb.
Instructions for violent acts or encouragement of self‑harm or suicide.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Quiky may take steps to restrict content, contact the user, or, where appropriate, notify relevant authorities.

6. Illegal Activities and Dangerous Behavior

You may not use Quiky to promote, organize, or facilitate illegal activities. This includes:

Fraud, scams, or “get‑rich‑quick” schemes.
Sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or stolen goods.
Hacking, phishing, or sharing malware.
Encouraging or glorifying theft, vandalism, or other crimes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in illegal behavior and may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

7. Spam, Scams, and Misleading Content

Quiky is for real people and real conversations—not spam.

Prohibited behaviors include:

Posting the same content repeatedly or mass‑messaging users.
Fake “giveaways” or deceptive offers.
Impersonating another person, brand, or organization.
Creating multiple accounts to manipulate engagement or evade enforcement.

Accounts that primarily exist to push links, promotions, or scams may be removed without notice.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Respect creators and their work. You may not:

Upload content you do not have rights to (e.g., movies, music, games, or art you did not create or license).
Remove watermarks or credits from third‑party content.
Repost others’ content without permission, especially in a way that suggests you created it.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on Quiky, please refer to our DMCA Policy for detailed instructions on sending a takedown notice or counter‑notice.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Protect your own privacy and respect the privacy of others.

You must not:

Share personal contact information (phone, email, address) of others without explicit consent.
Post private conversations, photos, or documents without permission.
Collect or scrape users’ data for any unauthorized purpose (e.g., marketing lists, data resale).

Users are encouraged to avoid posting sensitive personal information publicly. Quiky may remove content that exposes someone’s private data or creates safety risks.

10. Profiles, Names, and Avatars

Your Quiky identity should be honest and safe:

No sexually explicit or suggestive profile pictures.
No hateful symbols, extremist logos, or violent imagery.
No impersonation of other individuals or brands.
Usernames must not contain slurs, threats, or sexually explicit terms.

Quiky may require you to change a username, avatar, or profile description that violates these standards or may restrict your account.

11. Enforcement and Consequences

Quiky uses a combination of automated tools and human review to enforce these Guidelines.

Possible actions for violations include:

Removing or restricting access to specific content.
Issuing a warning with education about our rules.
Temporarily limiting certain features (posting, commenting, messaging).
Temporarily suspending your account.
Immediately holding, suspending, or permanently terminating your account for severe or repeated violations—especially involving sexual content, hate, violence, child safety, or illegal activities.

For the most serious violations (e.g., child exploitation, credible threats, serious illegal activities), we may report content and accounts to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

12. Reporting and Appeals

Reporting:
If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines:

Use the in‑app Report tools where available; or

- A link to the content or profile
- Screenshots if possible
- A brief explanation of the concern

Appeals:
If you believe your content was removed or your account was restricted in error:

Contact [email protected] with the subject line “APPEAL – COMMUNITY GUIDELINES”.
Include your username, what action was taken, and why you believe it was a mistake.

We review most appeals within a reasonable timeframe. Repeated or bad‑faith appeals may not receive additional responses.

13. Relationship to Other Policies

These Community Guidelines work together with:

If there is any conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms will control for legal interpretation.

14. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or community feedback. When we make significant changes, we will:

Update the “Last Updated” date; and
Provide in‑app or email notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Quiky after updates take effect means you accept the revised Guidelines.
